Police are appealing for information after an infant suffered minor injuries when a car hit a pram.

Police are calling for members of the public to come forward after a car hit a pram in Upper Hutt on Wednesday morning.
Police said in a statement that early indications suggested a person pushing a pram was hit by a vehicle while at a pedestrian crossing on Fergusson Drive in the suburb of Clouston Park.
The incident took place just after 9.30am and the infant suffered minor injuries.
The driver left the scene before police arrived, and police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed…
