Sophie Devine made Twenty20 history on Thursday afternoon, but as soon she secured a win for the Wellington Blaze, her thoughts were with the girl in the crowd she struck with one of her many sixes.
The White Ferns captain blazed her way to an unbeaten 108 off 38 balls as the Wellington Blaze beat the Otago Sparks by 10 wickets, scoring the fastest century in the history of womens Twenty20 cricket.
