Three new Covid cases in Newport as Wales sees another six deaths – Wales Online

Newport has recorded three new cases of coronavirus, according to the latest Public Health Wales (PHW) figures published on Thursday, April 8.
Across Wales, 82 new cases were reported, meaning the country has now seen a total of 210,105 cases since the pandemic began.
Six new coronavirus deaths were also reported to bring the total lab-confirmed coronavirus deaths to 5,527.
The infection rate across Wales has also fallen once again and now stands at 21 cases per 100,000 people for the seven days…
